Course Objective:
The Therapeutic Riding Lessons provide a safe and therapeutic learning environment for individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities. Through horse interaction and riding activities, riders enhance their physical coordination, balance, core strength, and muscle control. The lesson also promotes holistic development, boosting self-confidence and independence.
Led by professionally trained instructors and support volunteers, the lessons are carefully planned to accommodate participants of different abilities. Through patient guidance and encouragement, riders are supported in progressively overcoming their limitations, enjoying riding, and developing a more positive and confident attitude towards life.
Course Duration:
Approximately 13 weeks, 1 lesson per week (approx. 45 minutes per lesson, including helmet fitting, mounting, and dismounting).
Instructor Teams:
Professional instructors, horse leaders, and side-walkers.

Subject to coach arrangement depending on the situation.
